Bi-State Regional Commission

The Bi-State Regional Commission is a local, voluntary organization of five counties and 44 municipalities in Illinois. It is not another layer or higher authority of government, nor is it created, controlled or maintained by the federal or state governments. Its mission is to serve as a forum for intergovernmental cooperation and delivery of regional programs and to assist member local governments in planning and project development.

BitterRoot Economic Development District, Inc

The BitterRoot Economic Development District, Inc (BREDD) is the federally designated economic development district for Western Montana Region covering Ravalli, Mineral, and Missoula counties. BREDD is responsible for regional economic development planning and collaborates with various private and public sector agencies to accomplish this goal.

Black Hills Council of Local Governments

The Black Hills Council of Local Governments is one of six Planning and Development Districts in South Dakota, with a region that covers a nine-county area in western South Dakota. The district includes local government entities in Bennett County, Butte County, Custer County, Fall River County, Harding County, Lawrence County, Meade County, Pennington County, and Perkins County. Since 1972, Black Hills Council has provided professional planning services to our member communities.

Blackhawk Hills Resource Conservation and Development

Blackhawk Hills Regional Council is a not-for-profit organization based in Rock Falls, that serves Carroll, Jo Daviess, Lee, Ogle, Stephenson, and Whiteside Counties in northwest Illinois. Services include community planning, development assistance, natural resource conservation and protection support, and grant writing and administration.

Bluegrass Area Development District

The Bluegrass Area Development District provides services in administration, aging, community and economic development, information systems and technology, and workforce investment to a 17-county region of Kentucky. These counties encompass Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Estill, Fayette, Franklin, Garrard, Harrison, Jessamine, Lincoln, Madison, Mercer, Nicholas, Powell, Scott, and Woodford.

Boonslick Regional Planning Commission

On May 27, 1968, Governor Warren E. Hearnes signed the necessary documents creating the Boonslick Regional Planning Commission (BRPC). The primary focus of the organization upon its inception has been to provide professional planning services and technical assistance to members within the region.
